{"id":37856,"date":"2021-03-31T10:22:31","date_gmt":"2021-03-31T15:22:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ambiente.gob.ec\/?p=37856"},"modified":"2021-03-31T10:22:31","modified_gmt":"2021-03-31T15:22:31","slug":"obligaciones-de-beneficiarios-del-proyecto-socio-bosque-de-manabi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ambienteyenergia.gob.ec\/ambiente\/obligaciones-de-beneficiarios-del-proyecto-socio-bosque-de-manabi\/","title":{"rendered":"OBLIGACIONES DE BENEFICIARIOS DEL PROYECTO SOCIO BOSQUE DE MANAB\u00cd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>MONITOREO LEGAL 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se informa a todos los socios de las provincias de Manab\u00ed que hayan suscrito convenios en los a\u00f1os 2009, 2011, 2013 y 2015 deber\u00e1n entregar el <strong>CERTIFICADO DE GRAVAMEN ACTUALIZADO, CERTIFICADO DE VIGENCIA DEL ACUERDO DE USO Y CUSTODIA<\/strong> (<strong>aplica para el CAPITULO SOCIO MANGLAR) Y DECLARACI\u00d3N JURADA<\/strong> <strong>EN F\u00cdSICO Y ORIGINAL<\/strong> para cumplir con el monitoreo legal. El plazo se encuentra abierto desde el mes de enero hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>En base a las disposiciones emitidas por la Gerencia y la Asesora Legal del Proyecto Socio Bosque, los documentos a presentar deben cumplir con las siguientes condiciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No se admitir\u00e1n documentos escaneados enviados al correo electr\u00f3nico<\/li>\n<li>El certificado de gravamen debe detallar la superficie de la propiedad<\/li>\n<li>En el caso de posesi\u00f3n efectiva de la propiedad debe estar inscrita en el certificado de gravamen actualizado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De no cumplir con estas condiciones los documentos no pueden ser procesados ni el monitoreo evaluado para habilitar las transferencias del a\u00f1o 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Convenios en la provincia de Manab\u00ed &#8211; Proyecto Socio Bosque<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Direcci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Ciudadela Los \u00c1ngeles, Km \u00bd v\u00eda Santa Ana, atr\u00e1s del ECU911<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contacto: <\/strong>Ing.
