DANIEL ORTEGA PACHECO, MINISTRO DE AMBIENTE DE ECUADOR\u00a0<\/strong><strong>EN REPRESENTACION DE LA COMUNIDAD DE ESTADOS LATINOAMERICANOS Y CARIBENOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1or Presidente:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A nombre del Gobierno del Ecuador, en su calidad de Presidente Pro T\u00e9mpore de la Comunidad de Estados Latinoamericanos y Caribe\u00f1os \u2013 CELAC, tengo el honor de presentar esta intervenci\u00f3n a nombre de los 33 pa\u00edses que la conforman, al tiempo de reafirmar el objetivo de fortalecerla como un espacio de di\u00e1logo y concertaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica en los temas de la agenda internacional y regional, incluyendo en cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, en la III Cumbre de la CELAC, los Jefes de Estado y de Gobierno de la regi\u00f3n adoptaron una Declaraci\u00f3n Especial (6) sobre Cambio Clim\u00e1tico y otros mandatos espec\u00edficos con miras a la conformaci\u00f3n de una posici\u00f3n regional en esta materia, particularmente de cara a esta importante Conferencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, tengo el honor de informar a este plenario, que luego de varios meses de reuniones y gracias a la participaci\u00f3n constructiva de todos los Estados Miembros, hemos podido identificar los siguientes elementos comunes para la COP21, los mismos que, respetando sus respectivas posiciones de negociaci\u00f3n, reflejan desde nuestra diversidad, los retos, prioridades, necesidades y circunstancias nacionales frente al cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ambienteyenergia.gob.ec\/ambiente\/wp-content\/plugins\/download-monitor\/download.php?id=4548\" target=\"_blank\">DESCARGA DISCURSO \u00cdNTEGRO\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"excerpt\">Par\u00eds, 8 de Diciembre de 2015 INTERVENCION PRONUNCIADA POR S.E.
